At Giftlee Corporate, we value transparency and professionalism in every business relationship. Our payment and business policies ensure a clear, secure, and fair process for all clients. Please review the following terms that govern all quotations, orders, and payments with our company.
1. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices quoted by Giftlee Corporate are exclusive of all taxes, including Withholding Tax (WHT) and government levies.
- If a client deducts WHT, the invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly to ensure the net amount received matches the quoted price.
- Any additional taxes or government charges will be the client’s responsibility.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the same day the order is delivered or handed over.
- Orders will not be released or dispatched without clearance of the advance payment.
- Delay in the final payment may result in delivery hold or suspension of future orders until all dues are settled.
3. Order Confirmation & Delivery
- Orders are processed only after the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
- Delivery timelines are shared at the time of quotation or order confirmation and may vary based on order size, customization, and logistics.
- Giftlee Corporate will not be responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics, courier partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Review & Claims Policy
- Clients are requested to inspect all products within 3 days of receiving their order.
- Any claims related to product defects, damage, or quantity must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery via official email at corporate@giftlee.pk.
- After this 3-day period, Giftlee Corporate will not be responsible for any issues, complaints, or claims related to the order.
- Replacement or adjustments will only be considered if the issue is verified as a manufacturing or packaging fault.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled once production or customization has begun.
- Refunds are not applicable on customized or personalized products.
- In case of unavoidable cancellations before production, any processing or material costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Communication Policy
- All official communication, including quotations, invoices, and confirmations, will be conducted only through email from corporate@giftlee.pk and WhatsApp from 0307-7061111
- For transparency, clients are advised to avoid processing any payments or commitments through unofficial communication channels.
7. Intellectual Property & Branding
- Giftlee Corporate respects all brand identities and only uses logos or brand elements provided and approved by the client.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to share and use the provided logo or brand material for production purposes.
8. Policy Updates
Giftlee Corporate reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
